Hornacek.coa.edu is a Dell Optiplex 266MHz Pentium II running Red Hat Linux. Linux is a completely free operating system based on UNIX. You can learn more about Linux at the Linux Documentation Project Homepage. Linux has been placed under the GNU General Public License, which allows Linux to be freely copied, changed and distributed, under the condition that no restrictions be placed on its use and distribution and that the source code for Linux remains publicly available. Hornacek.coa.edu is running the Apache web server. (Like linux, apache is free.)
